As a parent with busy little ones locating local playgrounds which are fully enclosed with safety fences becomes almost an essential. But it didn’t used to be a simple task to figure out which playgrounds were fenced and which were not. To solve this problem North Shore Kids undertook the mammoth task of visiting all the playgrounds in our local area in 2017 and gathered this information into our user friendly playground and kids activities directory.
You can filter playgrounds not only by whether they are fenced but also if there are toilets, presence of bike and scooter paths, playgrounds with cafe’s within a short walk, location (within so many km from your location), as well as those standout playgrounds that offer something extra special making them worth travelling that bit further too.
