Sanders Park is a large leafy park with a nice variety of play equipment, including:

swings,
a climbing net,
climbing wall,
climbing bars,
spinners,
slides and
a trike track

There is also an open grassy area for ball games, running about and picnics. There is ample seating available on park benches and picnic tables dotted throughout the park. A path circles around the playground making an ideal spot for young trike and scooter users to practice these skills.

Access to the park is from Julian Street or from the small carpark between Borlaise Street and the SE corner of the park.

Safety: While there is no safety fence there is a concrete fence along the roadside with thick foliage which provides a barrier and the park is fenced from neighboring properties on three sides with just two openings / entry points. The playground is shaded by established trees.

Amenities: No toilets. Park benches and picnic tables provided

Parking: Borlaise St carpark (access park via path at back of parking lot) or alternatively there is some time limited on-street parking on Julian Street.
